In collaboration with our builder partner Icon, we are excited to announce Victoria Place has reached practical completion! Representing a new milestone for this iconic city fringe workplace destination in East Melbourne. Designed by renowned architectural studio fjcstudio and co-developed with Time & Place, Victoria Place introduces a new era of workplace where commerce, culture and community intersect in the space of Melbourne’s most prestigious inner-city locale.

With a floor span of 26,000m2 of office area fully leased to government and corporate tenants, the building will feature world-class end-of-trip facilities, open-air spaces for workers to enjoy, and have a strong focus on sustainability by targeting a 6-star Green Start Office Design, 6-star NABERS and a WELL rating.
