We are delighted to share that SKY SQR has been prominently featured by The Urban Developer as construction gets underway. ICON has been appointed as the construction partner for this landmark project, which will span a combined area of 72,000 sqm upon completion.

Located near the upcoming Suburban Rail Loop, SKY SQR is set to offer residents an exceptional blend of accessibility and modern amenities. Golden Age Group’s Chief Investment Officer, Bing Chen, highlighted the project’s success, stating, “Over half of the retail podium’s expansive 12,000 sqm has already been secured.”

The recognition by The Urban Developer underscores the significance of SKY SQR in the realm of urban development. The project’s expansive retail podium will provide a variety of shopping and dining options, contributing to the local economy. Additionally, SKY SQR will feature a state-of-the-art childcare facility. CBRE has successfully arranged a 15-year lease agreement with the international childcare operator Kinderland Early Learning, ensuring premium early education services for the community.

With construction now in progress, we look forward to completing this visionary project by the end of 2025. SKY SQR is set to become a beacon of modern urban development in Box Hill.
