Golden Age Group is proud to announce the planning permit is approved for its latest development in Box Hill, Victoria—a state-of the-art 15-storey strata commercial office and retail tower at 69 Carrington Road, Box Hill. Designed by renowned architecture firm Gray Puksand, this project underscores Golden Age Group’s continued confidence in Melbourne’s thriving fringe office market.

The approved project will feature a gross floor area of 13,495sq m, including 1,390sqm of retail space and 6,661q m of premium office tenancies. The tower will also include two levels of basement car parking with 41 car bays, 50 bicycle storage spaces, and end-of-trip facilities, catering to the needs of modern businesses and commuters. The top executive floor is customisable to suit the occupant’s business vision and enhance the workspace.

Golden Age Group’s acquisition of the 1,119sq m site in July 2023 for approximately $13 million marks a significant milestone in the company’s growing portfolio in Box Hill. With this development, Golden Age Group now holds five sites in the area, totaling more than 6 hectares. This latest project complements the developer’s other Box Hill ventures, including the mixed-use SKY SQR precinct which tops out shortly and will open later in 2025, the successfully completed Sky One tower, and residential projects Hay Street (Wembley Hill) and Jade apartments.
