We are delighted to share that Golden Age Group has been honoured with two prestigious awards at the 2024 International Property Awards – Asia Pacific. The award ceremony, held last Friday in Bangkok, was a night of celebration and recognition for outstanding achievements in property development. Jeff Xu, Danny Hanna, Emile Hanna, and Chuck Van attended the event, proudly accepting these accolades on the stage.

Golden Age Group, in collaboration with Hannas, received a 5-star award for The Harrington Collection in the Residential Development 20+ Units category for Australia. This project was also nominated as Best Residential Development 20+ Units Asia Pacific. Designed by fjcstudio, The Harrington Collection features 58 boutique luxury penthouses, apartments, and terrace homes. Residents enjoy postcard views of the iconic Opera House and Sydney Harbour Bridge, making this project a standout in urban luxury living.

Sky Garden, another remarkable development by Golden Age Group, received recognition at the awards. Renowned architects Rothelowman and DKO Architecture envisioned the Sky Garden. It features three magnificent towers with luxury residences offering breathtaking views from the lush Dandenong Ranges to Melbourne’s city skyline. This development caters to diverse lifestyles, ensuring a perfect fit for everyone, from growing families to downsizers and single professionals.
