Golden Age Group Announces Significant Construction Milestone for Floret

Our Floret Townhome Development is well underway, with our builder, Figurehead Construction, making significant progress and bringing our vision for this vibrant community to life!

The Stage One Townhomes have seen remarkable advancements and are taking form, with the exterior cladding and painting now complete and internal services and rough-in works have been successfully finalized. The next phase of construction works scheduled to begin in the coming weeks will bring together the internal fit-outs, marking another critical step toward the realization of this development.

In sequence, our Stage Two Townhomes are also on track, with the framing and roofing nearly finished and the first-round rough-in works continuing as programmed. Golden Age’s meticulous attention to every detail reflects our unwavering commitment to delivering quality and excellence in every aspect of construction.

We are proud to highlight some of our dedicated team members, who are the driving force behind the success of this project. During a recent site visit, our team was captured in action, preparing for the exciting milestone of Stage One settlement, which we anticipate will commence early next year.
