The festival transformed Box Hill into a vibrant cultural hub, filled with dazzling performances, traditional lion dances, and a spectacular fireworks display that lit up the night sky.
As the crowd gathered to celebrate, it was clear that this event was more than just a festivalโit was a testament to the unity, diversity, and progress that defines both Box Hill and Australiaโs multicultural community.
Golden Age Managing Director Jeff Xu took the stage to reflect on a decade of support for the festival and the broader community.
“At Golden Age, we donโt just buildโwe embrace cultural diversity and shape future communities,” Jeff shared. “Since becoming the title sponsor in 2016, we have remained committed to supporting Box Hillโs cultural celebrations and local initiatives, including the ABAW Mid-Autumn Festival and Box Hill United Football Club.”
Throughout the event, Jeff Xu engaged with key leaders, exchanging insights on community development, business, and the future of Box Hill. Leaders acknowledged Golden Ageโs contributions to Box Hillโs transformation, from landmark developments to cultural and business initiatives that continue to drive growth in the area.

For Golden Age, Box Hill is more than just a locationโitโs where our journey began. Our first project, Jade Apartments, was completed in 2009, marking the start of a long-term commitment to the region. Since then, we have played a role in shaping Box Hillโs evolving skyline, delivering Sky One, one of the areaโs most iconic developments.
Today, we continue this legacy with exciting new projects, including:
- SKY SQR, a 425-apartment mixed-use development with 20,000 sqm of retail space over three levels, bringing new vibrancy to Box Hill.
- Wembley Hill, delivering 143 townhomes, further enhancing the areaโs residential offering.
These projects are a reflection of our vision for a thriving, dynamic, and multicultural Box Hill, where community, commerce, and culture come together.
