From blueprint to skyline: SKY SQR tops out ahead of schedule

Earlier this week, we proudly celebrated the Topping Out Ceremony at the pinnacle of SKY SQR, marking a significant step forward in this landmark development in Box Hill.

We were honored to host distinguished guests at the ceremony, including the Mayor of Whitehorse, Cr Andrew Davenport, Deputy Mayor Cr Prue Cutts, Cr Daniel Griffiths, Cr Kirsten Langford, and Cr Peter Allan. We also welcomed Matt Berg and Dan McLennan, co-CEOs from our Build-to-Rent partner Local: Residential; Daniel Crawley, the Executive Director from our construction partner Icon; and various project consultants who have been instrumental in bringing this vision to life.

Reflecting on this milestone, Jeff Xu, our Managing Director of Golden Age Group, shared: “In the face of a challenging environment, we have not only stayed on track but topped out ahead of schedule. We believe this development will not only enhance Box Hill’s skyline but also enrich the lives of those who live and work here.”
