As we approach the end of 2024, Golden Age Group reflects on a year of extraordinary milestones, marked by significant achievements and community impact. From award-winning projects to groundbreaking developments, this year has been nothing short of exceptional.

 

Fostering Connections

Throughout the year, we hosted over 20 community events and activations, bringing together more than 10,000 participants. These gatherings celebrated the vibrancy and inclusivity of the communities we serve.

 

Accolades and Recognition

Our projects continue to set benchmarks in the industry, earning 5 prestigious awards, 3 finalist nominations, and a culinary highlight: 1 Hat for Kiln Restaurant at Ace Hotel, Sydney.

Notable Wins includes:

  • Sky Garden: Winner of the Apartment/Condominium Development category at The International Property Awards (Asia Pacific)
  • The Harrington Collection: Winner of the International Architecture Award 2024 and Silver at the Australian Design Awards
  • Ace Hotel, Sydney: Featured as one of the Coolest Hotels in ANZ by Time Out Magazine, with Kiln Restaurant receiving its third consecutive Chef Hat.

 

Milestone Developments

  • Brighton Permit Approved: This exciting project is now full steam ahead, with a vision for elegance and sophistication in 2025.
  • 130 Little Collins – Art Series Unveiled: Partnering with Micky’s Art, we have introduced bespoke artworks to elevate this iconic development.

 

Construction Progress

  • Wembley Hill: Civil construction is on schedule, with townhome builds set to commence in early 2025.
  • Sky SQR: Appointing Icon as our construction partner, this transformative development is set to reshape Box Hill by late 2025.
