Channel Sales Role

Purpose of the Role

To successfully sell through the direct domestic sales channel. You will host visiting buyers, communicate with Developers, provide training and support to the company’s partners and other sales channels and more. You will be highly motivated and enthusiastic with experience working in the Victoria Property Market and ideally also in China with strong knowledge of both markets. You must be able to operate both autonomously and independently whilst also being accountable to reporting to Directors and Board.

  • Achieve domestic direct sales targets
  • Ensure availability to customers
  • Dedicated focus on driving conversion of sales inquiry
  • Drive sales through expansion of network channels
  • Undertake business development to grow relationships with network agents, wealth creators and financial planners
  • Oversee ongoing network channel relationships
  • Actively contribute to the sales team targets
  • Accurately record and report on sales activity
  • Efficiently leverage sales tools to action leads/enquiry
  • Ensure the synergy sales process is underpinned by a quality experience
  • Reduce the domestic direct time to sell
  • Establish strong partnerships with other members of Real Estate team
  • Champion the Synergy brand and ensure the physical brand presence reflects our brand guidelines and expectations
  • Competitor analysis and pricing research
  • Reporting

Experience/Skills Required

  • Real estate experience in off-the-plan Apartment sales
  • Proven track of delivering sales targets via networks/channels
  • Demonstrated experience in operating in a complex sales environment
  • Thorough understanding of consumer behaviour in a sales cycle
  • Demonstrated experience in sales conversion
  • Strong ability to close sales
  • Proven passion for customer and ability to develop and nurture strong customer relationships
  • Well-developed communications skills, including written, verbal, relationship building and presentation
  • Strong problem-solving skills, including conflict resolution and sound judgement
  • Efficient organisational skills including time management, multi-taking, prioritising planning, managing workload and attention to detail.
  • Effective negotiation skills
  • Computer literacy, specifically in the Microsoft suite of products
  • Demonstrated commitment to team work
